In the field of Intellectual Property (IP), Elsiana has actively assisted clients in handling various civil disputes before the Commercial Court (litigation), including trademark, copyright, patent, and industrial design lawsuits. She also handles copyright disputes related to royalty issues. With more than 15 years of experience, Elsiana has represented clients both as Plaintiff and Defendant. She has also been involved in further legal proceedings before the Supreme Court, including cassation and judicial review, as well as representing clients in mediation stages. In addition, she handles various civil disputes outside the field of intellectual property. These include cases involving Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) before the Commercial Court, consumer protection litigation before the District Court, and participation in competition cases before the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). Elsiana also assists in criminal cases, including intellectual property disputes and non-IP criminal matters such as consumer protection cases at the police level.

Elsiana received recognition from Asian Legal Business as Indonesia Rising Stars 2024 and was listed in The Legal 500 rankings. She is also active as a speaker in various internal and external forums discussing intellectual property issues, commercial litigation, and recent legal developments.

To enhance her experience and expertise, Elsiana is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA). She has attended various workshops on Domain Name Dispute Resolution (PPND) as well as training related to KPPU issues.
